Our Teachers

Ms. Roy teaches Pre-K 3 at St. Elizabeth's.  She first began at St. Elizabeth's as a teacher's aide in Kindergarten for three years and worked in a couple other roles, and has since returned as one of our Pre-K 3 teachers. Born and raised in Oklahoma, she is an alumna of St. Elizabeth's, Bishop McGuinness, and went on to play college volleyball at the University of Central Oklahoma. Morgan and her two daughters are parishioners at St. John the Baptist. In her free time, Ms. Roy enjoys coaching volleyball, spending time with family- going to the movies, playing at the park, and just being outdoors together.

Ms. Finch teaches Pre-K 3 at St. Elizabeth's. She began working at St. Elizabeth's in 2018 as a Kindergarten Aide, and began teaching Pre-K 3 in August 2021. Ms. Finch grew up in Guthrie, Oklahoma and received her college degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. She and her family attend St. John Baptist Church. Ms. Finch also has two children that attend St. Elizabeth's. 

Mrs. Lara is a Teacher’s Aide for Pre-K 3. Born and raised in North Dakota, Mrs. Lara moved to Oklahoma in 2011 after graduating college. Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s in Finance with an Accounting concentration from Minot State University. She and her husband are parishioners at St. John the Baptist and have two children who attend St. Elizabeth’s. In her free time, Mrs. Lara enjoys time with family, running her kids around to soccer and other activities and reading.

Ms. Faith is a Teacher’s Aide for Pre-K 3. Born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, Ms. Faith attended Edmond Santa Fe High School and Epic Charter School. Faith graduated from Williams Wood University with a degree in Equestrian Science. She is a parishioner at St. John the Baptist. Faith has three older brothers, two nieces and a nephew. When not teaching, Ms. Faith enjoys riding horses, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and loves watching sports- especially basketball, volleyball and the OKC Thunder.

Mrs. Scoggins teaches Pre-Kindergarten 4 at St. Elizabeth's. She joined the faculty in 2016 and has several years of teaching experience. Mrs. Scoggins grew up in Edmond. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Family Relations and Child Development/Early Childhood Education from Oklahoma State University. She and her husband have four children - all of whom attend St. Elizabeth's. They are members of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. When she isn't teaching, Mrs. Scoggins enjoys going to movies and concerts and dinner with her family.

Ms. Zeknicek is a Teacher's Aide for Pre-K 4.
