    Jenny Lang began working at St. Elizabeth's in 2020. She attended the University of Oklahoma and earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education with a Mid Level Science Endorsement. She also completed her Master's in Education Administration in 2024. Mrs. Lang married her husband in 2009. and they have three children who attend St. Elizabeth's, Garrett, Emma and Hudson. They are parishioners at St. John the Baptist. Mrs. Lang enjoys watching her children's soccer games and traveling.

Taylor Lothes

    Taylor Lothes began working at St. Elizabeth's in 2019, but began her education career in 2012. She is Montana born but Oklahoma raised, and is an alumna of St. Elizabeth's. She earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education at the University of Oklahoma, and she is currently working toward her Master's in Catholic Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University. Mrs. Lothes has been married to her husband, Corbin, since 2015 and together they have two daughters, Claire and Lily who attend St. Elizabeth's and St. John's NEST. They are parishioners at St. John's and her father is one of the deacons, Deacon Robert Dunlap. Mrs. Lothes enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling to Colorado with her family.

    Melissa Patton has worked in several different school positions including as the Nurse Aide and 1st Grade Teacher at St. Elizabeth’s. Mrs. Patton has many degrees including a BA in Nursing from 2002 from the University of New Hampshire, a BS in Education (Elementary) from 2020 from University of Central Oklahoma and a M. Ed from 2021 from UCO as well. She is originally from Rhode Island but are military family/veterans, so she and her family moved from Warner Robins, GA in 2017. They are members of St. John Baptist. She and her husband married in 2003 and have four children, Lauren, Kaitlyn, William and Matthew. Mrs. Patton is very active in scouting and also loves camping, hiking, visiting National parks, and being outdoors.

Ms. Finch grew up in Guthrie, Oklahoma and received her college degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. She and her family attend St. John Baptist Church. Ms. Finch also has two children that attend St. Elizabeth's.

    Mrs. Scoggins teaches Pre-Kindergarten 4 at St. Elizabeth's. She joined the faculty in 2016 and has several years of teaching experience. Mrs. Scoggins grew up in Edmond. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Family Relations and Child Development/Early Childhood Education from Oklahoma State University. She and her husband have four children - all of whom attend St. Elizabeth's. They are members of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. When she isn't teaching, Mrs. Scoggins enjoys going to movies and concerts and dinner with her family.

After graduating from Anadarko High School, Mrs. McCann earned a BS degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mrs. McCann and her husband have two children, Aspen and Corbin.     Mrs. Osborn teaches Kindergarten. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS degree in Education and with a specialty in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Osborn was born in Canada, and all of her extended family still resides there. After moving here when she was six years old with her parents and three older siblings, Mrs. Osborn is an alumna of St. Elizabeth’s and Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. She has been a St. John’s parishioner since moving to Oklahoma and began teaching in the Fall of 2021. She enjoys doing arts and crafts and spending time outdoors.

    Mrs. Moore teaches Kindergarten at St. Elizabeth's and joined the faculty in 2016. She is a graduate of Hickory High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mrs. Moore has several years of teaching experience in the Mid-Del school district. She and her husband have two children, one attending St. Elizabeth's and one playing collegiate basketball. While not teaching, she enjoys working out and watching her children's sporting activities.

    Mrs. Bernstein teaches 1st grade. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in mathematics from East Central University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. She held various administration and training positions throughout her career within the energy industry.  She and her husband, David, are parishioners of St. John’s. Her daughter, Hannah, graduated from both St. Elizabeth’s and Bishop McGuiness, and her son, Eli, currently attends St. Elizabeth's.

    Mrs. Weathers teaches 1st grade.  Her first experience teaching was when she was a student at OSU.  Her husband was in the military and they moved frequently.  She was the Director of Religious Education at Yokota Air Force Base in Japan from 2007 - 2010; she taught Music at St. Francis Catholic School in Yuma, AZ from 2011 - 2014 and was the Librarian/Computer/Gifted Teacher at SEAS from 2015 - 2021.  Originally from Marshall, OK, she attended a rural high school, Covington-Douglas.  Her bachelor's degree is in Elementary Education and she has a master's in Library Media.  Mrs. Weather and her husband have been married over 30 years and have 3 children and 2 grand children.  They attend St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, where she volunteers as the Treasurer and Publicity Chair for the Altar Society.  In her spare time she enjoys entertaining and spending time with family and friends.

    Mrs. Hinton teaches 2nd grade. She began teaching at St. Elizabeth’s in 2021, but started teaching in 2004 in Catholic Schools in Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Dallas, Mt. Vernon, and Oklahoma City. She earned her BA in English Literature from Westminster College and her MA in Education from the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Hinton is married, and her husband is an aircraft mechanic for the Boeing Company, assigned to Tinker AFB. They are parishioners at St. John’s and have two kids, Xavier and Olivia, who both attend St. Elizabeth’s. When not teaching, Mrs. Hinton enjoys being outdoors in God’s beautiful creation, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with her family.

    Mrs. Throgmorton teaches 2nd grade. She began teaching in 2023 at Redbud Elementary in Edmond Public Schools and began at St. Elizabeth's in 2024. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, she met her husband in college at the University of Arkansas and he is from Edmond. Caroline loves Oklahoma! She attended St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School for elementary and St. Benedict at Auburndale Catholic High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Hospitality Innovation. Caroline, her husband and their baby girl, Audrey, are parishioners at St. John the Baptist. When not teaching, Mrs. Throgmorton loves going on walks, spending time outside with family, eating at new restaurants, decorating their home, antique shopping, trying new recipes and most importantly, being a mom.

She graduated from Mount St. Mary Catholic High School and earned a BS degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma. Mrs. Medich is a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Harrah. She and her husband have three daughters, Kalan, Wylie and Kambel, two sons-in-law and six grandchildren.  Her hobbies include painting, watching football and spending time with family.

    Mrs. Schneider teaches 3rd grade at St. Elizabeth’s. She started teaching in 1984 at Villa Teresa School in Oklahoma City. Growing up, her family moved frequently. She moved to Edmond from Lincoln, Nebraska in the Summer of 1984 Mrs. Schneider earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She and her husband have 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren and attend St. Monica’s Catholic Church. When not teaching, Mrs. Schneider loves the NBA, especially watching and attending the OKC Thunder games. She also loves watching college football and is an OSU fan. She also always loves to indulge in a good book.

    Ms. Himes teaches 4th grade at St. Elizabeth’s. Prior to beginning at St. Elizabeth’s in 2023, she taught for four years in Texas, four years in Bixby, Oklahoma, and then 10 years in Edmond. Ohio born and Oklahoma raised, she has been a parishioner at St. John's since 1980. Ms. Himes earned her associate’s at St. Gregory's in Shawnee and Bachelor's at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. Ms. Himes is an aunt to 11 nieces and nephews. When not teaching, her hobbies include running, planning new lessons for her students, fishing, baking and reading cooking health magazines.

    Mrs. Deibel teaches 5th grade at St. Elizabeth's. Before coming to St. Elizabeth's in 2021, she was a Virtual ESL Teacher for children all over the world. She and her husband, Jason, are originally from the East coast. She attended Catholic School K-12 in a small town in Maryland. Quinn graduated with a BA from West Virginia University and is currently taking classes to complete her teaching certification. She and her husband attend St. John's and have two children, Bantley and Breghan. When not teaching, Mrs. Deibel enjoys attending her kids' sporting events and traveling and exploring new areas with her family.

    Mrs. Brady teaches Middle School Math.  Born and raised in Wyoming, she came to Oklahoma in 2013 by way of Denver.  She received a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech.  She and her husband, Justin, have been married over 12 years, and are parishioners of St. John the Baptist. They have 2 sons who attend St. Elizabeth's.  When she's not attending her boys' sporting events, she enjoys golfing, spending time at Lake Murray and skiing. She also enjoys traveling and has been to Singapore, Canada and Japan all this past year.

    Mr. Horn teaches Middle School Theology. He began teaching in 2014 at Christ the King Catholic School and began at St. Elizabeth's in the Fall of 2024. Andrew is an alumnus of St. Elizabeth's and Edmond Memorial High School. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy at Conception Seminary College. He later discerned out of Seminary and met his now-wife, Anna. They have two children, Gemma and Benedict, as well as seven nieces and nephews, and are parishioners at St. John's. Andrew is currently working toward his Master's in Education through the Institute for Catholic Liberal Education’s Catholic Educators Formation and Credential program. When not teaching, Mr. Horn enjoys playing board games, reading, gardening, and brewing.

    Mr. Huston teaches Middle School Literature.  Raised in Enid, he attended Oklahoma Bible Academy through 9th grade and was home-schooled in high school.  He graduated from Benedictine College with a degree in English. Mr. Huston is the godfather to his young niece, Amelia, whom he adores. He attends St. Monica's Catholic Church, and in his spare time he enjoys writing short stores and poems, strumming tunes on his guitar, attending concerts and movies and spending time with family and friends.

    Ms. Perez teaches Middle School English. Raised in the South side of the state, Ms. Perez earned her Bachelor’s at the University of Oklahoma and her Master’s at Liberty University. Ms. Perez began teaching in 2023. She is a parishioner at St. James the Greater Catholic Church and is engaged to be married. She has one grown daughter, a brother and two sisters, and two nieces. When not teaching, she enjoys watching college football and basketball. Duke is her favorite basketball team. Ms. Perez also enjoys reading, watching true crime shows and hanging out with family and friends.

    Mrs. Ralls teaches Middle School History and started at St. Elizabeth's in the spring of 2024.  Raised in Bison Oklahoma, she attended Pioneer-Pleasant Vale High School, Southwestern Christian University and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma.  She has two bachelor's degrees - one in history and the other in humanities, along with an associate's degree in geography.  She comes from a large farming family and is first cousins with Fr. Alex Kroll.  She and her husband, Reese, have 4 pets together and attend St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bison.  In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, writing and spending time with family.

Guidance Counselor

    Mrs. Marino started as the Guidance Counselor at St. Elizabeth’s in 2021. Prior to St. Elizabeth’s, she worked for several years as a medical social worker at OU Children’s Heart Center and as a mental health therapist in a community mental health agency. Originally from Tulsa, Mrs. Marino attended Tulsa Public Schools and graduated from Union High School. She has a BA in Human Relations and Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. She continued her education and earned her Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the state of Oklahoma. Mrs. Marino and her husband are parishioners at Christ the King in Oklahoma City. When not working with students, Mrs. Marino enjoys cooking, going to concerts, traveling, staying active, and spending time with friends and family. As the counselor at St. Elizabeth's, Mrs. Marino offers short-term counseling, crisis intervention services, and community referrals for students. Mrs. Marino enjoys being a small part of students’ journeys as they navigate school, growing up, and everything in between.

After graduating from Edmond North High School, Mrs. Mears earned a BS degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and an MS degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She attends the United Methodist Church. Ashley and her husband have three "furry" friends- dogs, Pixel, Trinket and Ember. She enjoys OU football, reading, playing with her niece and watching movies.

    Mr. Spurr teaches PE. He began teaching at St. Elizabeth’s in 2021 but worked in a variety of different roles in the school from 2011-2016. Oklahoma born and raised, Mr. Spurr is an alumnus of St. Elizabeth’s and graduated from Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. He then graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma. He and his wife, Samantha, are parishioners at St. John’s, and his mother is one of the 3rd grade teachers at St. Elizabeth’s. When not teaching, Mr. Spurr enjoys all things sports, cooking, cleaning, music, dancing, date nights with his lovely wife, fishing and playing with their dog, Champ.

    Mrs. Spurr teaches STEM Lab at St. Elizabeth’s. She began her teaching career in Lubbock, TX in 1976, and has taught at St. Elizabeth’s since 1999. Texas born and raised, she moved to Oklahoma in 1979. Mrs. Spurr graduated from Texas Tech with her major in Education and her minor in Psychology. She is married and has two grown sons -Richard & Daniel. They both attended St. Elizabeth’s growing up, and Daniel now works at St. Elizabeth’s as well. She and her husband have one granddaughter, Evie Rose. When not teaching, Mrs. Spurr enjoys reading and time at Lake Texoma with her family.

    Ms. Engel began teaching art at St. Elizabeth's in the Fall of 2021. Ms. Engel was born and raised in Oklahoma City along with two younger siblings she was adopted with. She is also an alumna of St. Elizabeth's!  She went on to attend Bishop McGuiness and then earned her degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. She and he family are members of Our Lady's Cathedral in Oklahoma City. When not teaching, Anne Marie loves doing anything outside, painting, drawing and creating.

Charles Drury

    Mr. Drury is the Director of Bands at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School (BMCHS) and St. Elizabeth's. Prior to his appointment as the Director of Bands at BMCHS and St. ELizabeth's in August 2023, Mr. Drury served as the Assistant Band Director of Washington County High School 2021-2022. Serving as a brass specialist during his undergraduate and masters he has also taught bands all over central Kentucky with many State Finalists at the marching and concert band levels. Mr. Drury attended Campbellsville University where he earned his Bachelor’s of Music Education in 2021. He also spent time pursuing a Masters in Music for euphonium performance at Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky. Mr. Drury has a strong track record of student success with ensembles and as a private lessons instructor. As a private lessons instructor his students have achieved impressive results, including participation in Governor Scholar of the Arts, KMEA All State Symphonic Bands, KMEA All State Concert Bands, and Distinguished performances at District and State Solo and Ensemble Festivals. And as instrumental instructor groups he worked with were State Finalist and Runner-up groups in Kentucky. While completing his Master’s, Drury spent time teaching also at the collegiate level with undergraduates in preparation for semester performances.

    Ms. Staudt teaches Music at St. Elizabeth’s. She previously taught in Putnam City Schools. Having grown up in Guthrie, Oklahoma, she attended St. Mary Catholic School in Guthrie, and Mount St. Mary Catholic High School. Ms. Staudt attended UCO and earned her Bachelor’s of Music in Education. She is number four of nine kids, and is an identical twin. She and her sister have two cats, Dipper and Mumble. When not teaching, Ms. Staudt loves reading as well as singing in the Canterbury Voices Chorus that performs at the Civic Center.

    Mrs. Cooney began teaching at St. Elizabeth's in 2021 as an aide in Kindergarten and PreK 4. Mrs. Cooney and her family moved from California in 2019. She completed all her schooling in California and graduated from Sonoma State University in 2006. She and her husband have three children who attend St. Elizabeth's and are parishioners at St. John's. When not teaching, Maria enjoys watching movies and spending time with family and friends.

    Mrs. Simon is the Resource Teacher. She started at St. Elizabeth’s in the Fall of 2021 but brings several years of teaching experience along with her. She is a Colorado native and earned her undergraduate degree in Human and Family Development at Colorado State University. She then earned her masters and teaching certificate at the University of Colorado at Denver. Mrs. Simon and her husband are parishioners at St. John’s and have two sets of twins. There are three girls and one boy. When not teaching, Mrs. Simon enjoys working out (mainly running), sports and movies.

    Ms. McCabe teaches Library/Catholicity. Prior to this, she taught Pre-Kindergarten for 32 years. She earned her BS degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. After moving to Oklahoma, she completed her MS degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. McCabe is an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. She served as Head Sacristan for 14 years, helps with the funeral ministry, is a Eucharistic Minister, lector and is active in Perpetual Adoration. When not teaching, Ms. McCabe enjoys spending time with her huge extended family, traveling, walking her dogs, baking and reading.

    Mrs. Forth joined the St. Elizabeth's staff in 2017. She taught previously in the Archdiocese and currently teaches Theology/Leadership. Mrs. Forth earned her BS degree from Oklahoma State University and did post-graduate work at the University of Texas at Arlington. She and her husband have five children and are members of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church where she serves with the youth ministry, is a supporter of FOCUS Campus Ministry, and is a facilitator for the women's bible study. When not teaching, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, crafting, kayaking, watching her children's sports and spending time with family and friends.

    Ms. Jones teaches Math Resource at St. Elizabeth's. She joined the faculty in 2015 with many years teaching experience in grades 1-5 and middle school math in public and Catholic schools. She went to Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she earned a BS degree in Education, K-8, with a minor in Math. She is a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church. Ms. Jones raised her three children in Catholic Schools in Oklahoma City. Her oldest daughter, Caitlin, graduated from Oklahoma State University and is currently teaching school in Edmond, her second daughter, Danielle, is completing her Master's degree in marine science in Monterey, California and her son, Joseph, is attending OCU Law School. Ms. Jones loves reading, playing tennis, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
